Member of Ebay Community for over 9 years You are bidding on a model RTV-5040 Replay TV Hard Disk Recorder with factory remote, 2 new AA batteries, and cables (IR Blaster, new RCA audio/video, new S-video, new long phone cord, new 10' ethernet).   This replay unit has been tested and is in good working order.  It successfully connected to the Replay network via both ethernet and phone line connections and retrieved programming information for my local service provider.  It has recently been upgraded with a quiet Seagate 400 GB (7200.8) hard drive for ~400 hours of recording capacity.  The hard drive is covered under manufacturer's warranty through November 2010.  Overall the unit is in good cosmetic condition, but may have minor scuffs/scratches/etc.  Please see representative photo below from one of my similar listings.  Accessories may vary from picture shown, but will be as described above.  Unit will ship in a new plain corrugated box with ~3 layers of 1/2" bubble wrap.
