It has a function that will lock out your linear amplifier if a high SWR is encountered. I am the original owner of this item, it was purchased new in 1994, original invoice will be included. It is in excellent condition, no marks, no scratches, meters have not yellowed, always in non-smoking area. Everything works properly, it appears to be accurate when compared to a Bird 43 meter, the internal nicads were recently replaced.
