I do not know alot about these radios except for what I have read online. I do know that these are Very Rare and Hard to Find. This Collins 75s-3C RE  has been tested by a local ham radio operator and is in 100% working order. This radio is in Excellent cosmetic condition with only a few pen size nicks and some yellow staining on the grill which is not rust. I am guessing this comes from aging . The inside does have some dust that will need to be cleaned out. I do not want to do this and take a chance of breaking something.  Please feel free to email me for with any questions and I will try to provide more information.
