This set is powered from 115VAC or 230VAC 50-60 Hz, Single Phase.   These were originally used with the AN/URC-32 or Collins KWT-6 Transceivers and were  widely used by the navy and at commercial stations in the 1960's   This particular unit appears to be in very good condition as per the photos.
