IT MEANS AIR STEAM FROM THE DAIPHRAM WILL MORE SMOOTH LEFT THE HORN MOUTH!    Hi all, I would like to say I had quite many experience about TAD Exclusive & reyaudio Speaker, but limited on clone their crossover, horn mouth & cabinet. Now, I will one by one to show by photos for some information about TAD 2251,2402, Reyaudio RM5B. I had all of them, open the speaker to measure the size of the speaker cabinet  & scan the curve of the horn mouth to make sure clone one was more close to the original one. I will show the Natural Woody-veneer funish that I was use expensive Thailand  Golden  teakwood from elder teak tree. Original decorative pattern was not the same as normal clone design, why i do this, simple, I need all the best! Because I directly compare to original TH-4001 with TD-4001 driver & Reyaudio TD-4001R driver. 100% copy of original TAD TH-4001 wood horns. Not only the outlook, because use 100% Tailor Made Birth Plywood was almost the best material for Clone TAD Horn Mouth. Most Birch Plywood was 3/4" or max was 1"thick. This tailor made one which was 2" thick. If U like to clone Th-4001 Horn Mouth. Less total no of Birch plywood will less interface in one horn mouth! Increase total nos of layers(in one piece ) of Birch Plywood fix together will better than use more thinner plywood fix together becuse of Vibration Different between them. During my clone. This Clone TH-4001 wood horn uses genuine maple and color is very close at least  95% same as the original's TAD TH-4001.
